An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Research and Development team working on a number of exciting projects. Our client is a leader in what they do and have continued to grow year on year. They are looking for an enthusiastic Developer to help deliver their first-class software products which will lead to their continued worldwide success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Development Manager and Product Manager to develop solutions to customer problems
  • Working within an Agile development team to deliver these solutions
  • Developing algorithms and writing code
  • Partnering with Developers to estimate task duration’s and deliver timely results.
  • Performing peer reviews of code to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
  • Mentoring Junior members of the Development team

Qualifications and experience:

  • Deep understanding of C++
  • Experience of MFC Desktop development
  • Object orientated analysis
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Use of source control systems (Team Foundation Server or GIT)
